Tunnel Hill Mushrooms Excursion

The club organised an excursion to Tunnel Hill Mushrooms at Cambridge, where an extraordinary array of gourmet mushrooms are grown commercially in an historic railway tunnel (1891). Medicinal mushrooms are also grown and harvested here. This was an interesting exploration of mushroom cultivation.
